When I did spring cleaning this year, I found that I had a lot of cd cases left with me. So I searched online to see if they are recyle or trash. Surprisingly, it is not on the recycle list, even though it is plastic. It apparently gets buried on the ground somewhere in this planet and will not rot for thousands of years. So the next search was to do something creative with it. Then I saw some creative art projects. So I decided to work with the first lot of empty cases and created this simple, personalized collage wall art with the cases. You can fill the case with just the pictures or add some décor with card stock sheets. In the process, I also included styrofoam, for which recycling is still in nascent stages. The result was this wall art.
